 | Endoscopy Procedures: To refer a patient for an endoscopy procedure done at Johns Hopkins, fill out our online request form or fax us a completed referral form. We will then contact the patient to schedule the procedure and mail preparation instructions. For ERCP's, call our 24-hour ERCP pager at (410) 434-ERCP to request an ERCP (for both outpatients and inpatient transfers).
